The Rules and Regulations are no longer valid. Our Homeowner
Association needs volunteers to work on a new set of Rules and
Regulations that are in accordance with current Federal, Virginia, and
Chesapeake laws for such documents. Rules and regulations are guiding
the daily life in Bryant Farms (such as when to cut grass, what to put
into your front or back yard, etc) as well as important rules for the
Architectural Committee (such as what is allowed, what is not allowed
to build). |
